So far, issues such as the ones we deal with in this certification have been hidden or omitted in the tourism industry, this is the reason why physical, social and psychological barriers are still present into the practice of all types of tourism: universal, medical/wellness and event tourism. 

This asynchronous elearning certification of 06 weeks of duration aims to provide training on the concepts of tangible and intangible accessibility (the correct humane treatment of tourists with disabilities), the design of inclusive tourism products and services, as well as the analysis of market niches and its economic benefits, in order to provide true quality customer service.
